Mindfulness Recordings

These recordings introduce foundational practices part of most mindfulness traditions.  This style of mediation allows people to make contact with the present moment, increase body awareness, and to develop basic mindfulness skills: “Paying attention in a particular way on purpose, in the present moment, nonjudgmentally” (Jon Kabat Zinn).
